State Representative Phil Skaggs spoke to KARSP on October 21, 2024. Rep. Skaggs represents Michigan’s 80th House District (East Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Cascade Township, and parts of Grand Rapids and Grand Rapids Charter Township). Rep. Skaggs spoke about pensions and benefits, the future of education in Michigan, and proposed legislation.
