KALAMAZOO COUNTY CHAPTER

General Chapter Information

Welcome to KARSP, Kalamazoo County Association of Retired School Personnel. The Kalamazoo Chapter of MARSP has approximately 1245 members and is located in southwestern Michigan. We were founded in 1967 and have regular monthly luncheon programs that provide fun and information.

We also offer community service opportunities and collect donations for various community organizations. Every year, our chapter awards five $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors in the county.

Our active Legislative Committee serves as your eye on upcoming legislation that could impact your retirement and local board members are trained to answer insurance and other retirement questions. We also publish quarterly newsletters full of important information.

Special bus trip events are available.
