Golfing to Support Active School Personnel

Golfing to Support Active School Personnel

We had the pleasure of hosting the 11th Annual Bruce H. Moeggenborg Golf Outing on August 16, 2022 at Maple Creek Golf Course.

52 golfers played in support of the MARSP Foundation Scholarship Fund, which offers continuing education opportunities for current public school employees to expand their skills and further their careers in the public school arena. We couldn’t have asked for better weather or better company–including the Moeggenborg family! Bruce’s wife, Norma, and two of their sons shared stories about Bruce’s career as the school maintenance director for Alma Public Schools and his involvement in establishing some of MARSP’s first annual golf outings while co-President of the Gratiot County Chapter (disbanded) in the early 2000s.

We’re grateful to the Moeggenborg family for their longtime support, and to all those who participated in this year’s event.
