The purpose of this team effort is to lessen the burden on any one officer/chairman, and to help those leaders who are not quite sure what their responsibilities might be. The chapter specialist task force has received a number of inquiries of concern from chapters that are struggling for various reasons. At the request of the specialist group, the membership committee has agreed that we will facilitate officer/chairman training once again for all leaders in the chapter. This training was formerly provided at the annual convention in Lansing. It has been updated and refreshed. It will be FUN!

It is hoped, of course, that all members from YOUR TEAM attend the same seminar. There will be break-out sessions, and abundant materials which you will take home to share and discuss with your team members and other chapter members who could not attend. There is no cost to attend; MARSP will furnish your lunch, and chapters will establish carpools and cover your mileage expenses.
